5This has worked well for me for muscle sore ness, I have to cycle roughly 8 miles a day and was struggling with tiredness when trying to combine this with training as well, the blueberry flavour is much better than I expected and I noticed a difference in muscle tiredness, soreness after about 1 weekGoes Well With:Anytime of the day I reckon

Great value supplement to aid recovery.
5I have taken this on and off over the last two years and when I take it regularly I've noticed shorter recovery periods. Its been most beneficial to me when I'm restricting my carbs and in a calorie deficit. When consuming higher carbs I usually leave it out. There is a subtle taste to this but its generally unnoticeable when mixed with juice, smoothies or shake. Mixes like a boss. High five MP. Goes Well With:Juices, smoothies and shakes.

Fab stuff
5This stuff is awesome. Has definitely helped me to not get ill during intense training periods. However, the colouring in the blue raspberry flavour has.... interesting effects on your output.Goes Well With:water

4A great product, was a bit put off by the flavour of the unflavoured version I got but it's bearable. Note to self though get a flavoured one next time. Goes Well With:Have it in my pre fasted cardio drink and post workout shake.
