5It’s hard to tell if this does a great job or not. I’ve been taking multi vitamins for some time. Reasonably priced. Taste is naff but you just don’t leave it on your tongue!Goes Well With:Water

5Has excellent levels of all vitamins and minerals and has kept me in good health even when i havent included fruits & veggies into my diet! Whether its connected but my skin is always clear and i have good balanced energy levels Goes Well With:ZMA, Fish oils

Problems with skin
3I had problems with skin around eye red skin inflammation because of these pills I had to use creme to stop

Great for reaching all your micros
4Good for getting all the nutrients you don't/can't get with a normal healthy diet. Makes your pee bright yellow but it's harmless. They don't smell great either but it's a surprisingly quick thing to get over.Goes Well With:Water

This is one of the best multivitamins
5This is one of the best multivitamins I’ve ever had, gives loads of energy only down side for me is that mental clarity is not there, loads of physical energy but not a lot of mental focus. Still good need to find a balance between this and immune plus one they used to do.

Almost perfect
5I feel like Superman when I'm on these. Although I wish it contained magnesium, iodine and more copper but maybe I'm being to critical. Goes Well With:Omega-3, magnesium, iodine, copper
