3Easy enough to swallow, but my lord the fishy burps are pretty bad.

Only contains omega 3
1The product states it contains omega 3,6 and 9 however, after researching, I found it only contains omega 3. I even scanned it on a micronutrient app and it said this. To make it worse, it barely provides any omega 3 (only about 25% of your daily requirement) so is a total waste of money!

5These are easy to swallow, but if you squeeze them slightly they do burst.Goes Well With:Water, cold drinks

Really good value but not the maximum strength I am needing
4Got these as I ran out my previous supply wanting to try them out as my doctor has recommended I start taking 3-6-9. Really good but my previous supply from another brand were bigger gel caps. Good for those who are looking to have a steady regular level of Omega Oils in their diet but not for me at this time in my life.

Would Love a flavoured capsule or a smaller capsule
4When I burst the capsule in my mouth I was overwhelmed with the taste even with a drink handy. If the capsule was smaller I would have loved to swallow it.

5These seem to be good quality vitamins, in a good quality pack, delivered in a timely and efficient manner! Not a very exciting review, but it all simply works!
