Tastes absolutely horrible
1It's got so much artificial sweetener that tastes so disgusting I was unable to drink anymore than one sip.

Wow!!
5I have tried all sorts of pre workout tablets gels etc etc, so wasn’t feeling overly confident one this one this morning. I was feeling shattered from a poor nights sleep so wasn’t very optimistic. Took this 30min before my work out, within 10-15 min after taking I started to feel energetic. I’ve managed to do a 30HIIT session with explosive energy that I’ve never had before. I’ve done this workout a few times and never felt the energy or the benefits like I am atm. This gel is amazing and has shown me I’ve not been putting as much effort in as I should be. I will never have a workout again without this gel, highly recommend

5Love this stuff, so handy, so effective pre workout. Doesn't have any bad side effects like other pre workouts.

Effective but not the best taste
4Wasn’t sure what I was expecting from this taste wise but it wasn’t particularly nice. Perhaps. Iced with something in a smoothie it might taste a little nice but I wasn’t a big fan.

Amazing buzz
5I teach aerobics classes full time and sometimes need an extra kick of energy and can’t believe the difference these make - within about a minute of consumption I notice a difference and by 15 minutes you can really feel the effects. Don’t absolutely love the taste but it’s very bearable and not unpleasant, easy to just squeeze out. Usually I am already energetic but they make me extremely energetic so would definitely recommend.

First time using a pre-workout gel
5Taste was okay. Deffinately seen a difference in performance - I am runner/cyclist and this really did give me a boost on my run

Amazing!
5Tried so many pre-workouts including women's best, this is the best one I've tried. Finished my workout quicker than I usually would, managed to lift heavier with less rest time in between. Really doesn't taste bad at all! Definitely recommend

Does the job
5I love these gels. Always give me the itch, but not too bad and I know it's working. It does also give me a little extra oomph to get on with my gym session.

4Effectiveness is really good can really feel the buzz when you take this product. Taste wise not keen at all could have done with another flavour. But all in all good product price not to bad either will definitely get more when needed.
