3Tastes bearable only when warm, cold it tastes like dry scooping vanilla protein powder

Really fill you up!
4The consistency is a bit dense and chewy but the main thing I really like about the Brownies is that they fill me up for hours and dont get any other hungry cravings for quite a few hours up to 4 hours which takes me from lunch mid morning to mid afternoon before I fancy having lunch.
