5I’ve been using this product for around 5 weeks now, I’m thrilled to see real results, along side with regular exercise, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and during my healing process I’ve used this which I think has helped me heal from the operation quicker than usual, I’ve tried many diets/plans etc, but this one I’m very happy to say has real results Goes Well With:Regular exercise

5I always use this protein meal replacement, the vanilla is my favourite I add some coffee in the morning for my breakfast and it’s so nice. I also have the strawberry they are both really nice like a creamy milkshake

Wow!
5What can I say! The salted caramel flavour is just WOW! I drink it as an evening meal replacement and it actually leaves me full till the morning. Goes Well With:You don’t need to mix this with milk I tend to put a spoon of peanut butter with the mix and 300 ml of water , give it a good shake then put crushed ice inside! YUM.

5Taste amazing and great as a meal replacement. For extra protein we have it with the powdered peanut butter and its just banging! You're welcome! Great with almond milk if you're looking for less calories. Better than expected
5I absolutely love this mix. It was so smooth to drink and didn’t leave a powdered taste like other brands I’ve used. It really is very filling and a fantastic bonus to my weight loss journey. I’d highly recommend. Goes Well With:For an extra tasty treat I mix it half and half with skimmed milk and water.

5Find these shakes easier if you’re trying to control your calories as it’s all there for you. If you would prefer a runnier shake I’d say 300ml of water, if you’re wanting it slightly thicker I would go with 200-230ml of water. Yummy and filling!
