Easy and Effective
4If you’re tired, just take 1 or 2 scoops of this pre-workout and you’ll be good to go, no itchiness or any soreness, just simply focused and energized for your workout. Can’t go wrong with it.

5Although it doesn’t mix very well it does still have a nice taste to it and is very easy to down the hatch before a before a workout.

Pre workout
5This pre workout is a belter it works brilliantly and no after workout crash so I highly recommend it Goes Well With:Soy protein isolate

Super ineffective
1Gave it a try to see what kind of results it would provide. No extra energy, no improvement to focus or feeling during the workout, no pump and isn’t the greatest flavour. Overall just a bit disappointed.

5This is the best pre workout in every way. The taste is amazing and it’s so effective. Goes Well With:Goes well with monster energy (tropical flavour)

5Taste alright, overall quite good and defo beats just drinking and energy drink instead Goes Well With:Water, havent tried with anything else

Great buzz
5Gives this tired mum of two a great pump for her 8pm sessions in the gym. I lift heavy and do mild cardio. It gives me enough energy without being left sleepless afterwards. 200g of caffeine seems to be just enough for me. Goes Well With:Water lol
