Cookies and cream protein shake
5The powder itself is easy to mix and store in a safe place, just shake the bottle/container in which the powder is in with either water or milk, i myself use water as while I’m working out I’d rather not drink a milkshake like drink but more of a water with a sweet and refreshing taste. The after taste with water isn’t the best at first but you get used to it and over time you learn how to mix the drink and allow the drink to settle, by settle I just mean wait for the froth to go down, but all and all the taste is good the effectiveness isn’t easy to see but at the end of the day the more protein in you after working out the better especially if your not a heavy eater like myself. I’m impressed with the size of the container and I’d recommend the shaker bottle alongside this if it is your first time buying protein. I’ll be buying again but most likely looking for a fruity flavour as cookies and cream is more of a sweet desert flavour rather than a fresh exciting flavour in which personally perhaps I’d prefer, either way I enjoy drinking it and I’d recommend the powder no matter the flavour.

Absolutely loved it
5I went through surgery and I live on protein shakes and this one is so far the best one I tried (salted caramel) very easy to mix, less sweeter then any other flavours. I like to mix it with my black coffee it taste amazing. Definitely buying again and highly recommend.Goes Well With:Goes well with Water Black coffee Or any kind of milk

Mixes great
5Ordered the Dark chocolate and have to say very impressed with the taste. Could be slightly more chocolatey but that’s just me. Mixing is spot on with no lumps or clumps (even in a regular shaker). Mixed with water, milk and almond milk and all taste good. Benefit also if it coming in a tub which I’ll keep for further use when it’s finished. Goes Well With:Water Milk Almond milk

Yummy
5This is the first time using this product so for effectiveness I can't say yet........ Overall this is my first protein shake (salted caramel) I have truly enjoyed especially mixing with water, previous brands when mixed with water didn't go down as well but this was really taste and smooth actually believed I was eating pure salted caramel it was that taste, it mixed rather well no lumps or bits left and no after residue that other brands leave or have.... Will definitely be bulk buying this product and continually use. Hope the effectiveness is as good as it taste....Goes Well With:Water

Awful flavour!
3I’ve used this protein for a while and have no complaints. But the dark chocolate flavour is DREADFUL and I love dark chocolate! It leaves a horrible after taste and I thought I was going to have to waste a 1.9kg tub it was so bad. Thankfully, mixed with the salted caramel flavour it’s drinkable. Goes Well With:Tried with almond milk and coconut milk but undrinkable apart from with 50/50 salted caramel protein

Genuinely the best:
5Cutting straight to the point, I mix mine with water, and it's perfect, it doesn't clump up, or leave any in the shaker like others, you only need 1 scoop also so its very light, Beats the usual heavy glue like products out there! I mix 1 scoop with 2 scoops of the powdered oats these guys also sell, goes great! If you're looking for an easy to digest shake, I highly recommend this one! But this is of course my personal opinion. Goes Well With:Water and powered oats! (or milk)
