5Great wee product. Taken prior to every workout this gives me a definite bump in my energy levels, lasts the length of my workout and gives no unwanted after-effects (tingling, shakes, etc.).Goes Well With:Pre-workout or on it's own.

4BE CAREFUL WITH DOSAGE - website says 150mg of caffeine. Tub says 198mg of caffeine. It recommends one morning noon and night or three on an empty stomach before workout. However if you are taking pre workout especially if it's a stim pre workout these can easily put you over 400mg of caffeine. Aside from that, definitely helping with energy levels and recovery. Other reviewers mentioning help with weight loss but haven't taken them long enough to speak on that.Goes Well With:CLA, A- Z MULTIVITAMIN & CREATINE

3I’ve used this product for nearly ten years, and I love how the always improve the formula but it has gone up by triple the price and I don’t understand what has changed

Make sure you swallow!
5The good bit: These work. They boost energy levels nicely. I take one with each main meal and 2 together about 30-40 mins before a workout. I’ve noticed a boost in sweat and energy during a workout and better results because of that. The bad bit: Make sure you swallow fully with lots of water just to make sure. If it gets stuck and dissolves in your throat it can burn due to the cayenne pepper!! It’s not serious just unpleasant for a while. Goes Well With:CLA

3So these really do work on the energy side! I have only had one tablet and unfortunately due to the Black pepper extract allowing your body to absorb quicker so I had a very bad experience because of the volume of caffeine! It made me very anxious so I haven’t taken any since! I may attempt again at some point! If you’re an anxious person then I do not recommend! I had palpitations and panicked for a good two hours! You also sweat and feel very hot all the time 🤣! Apart from that they really would work for someone who can handle it. Goes Well With:They work very well with - White kidney bean extract Cissus ALA

happy first time customer
4Haven't tried this supplement before however i notice a difference in energy levels, appetite and gym performance once taking them. Great for anyone attempting to lose weight and develop a routine around gym

Good stuff
5I take these before I do my workouts. And I believe along with a decent diet. That they help me with burning that extra bit of weight around my waist. Highly recommended.
