These multivitamin capsules are great but NEVER EVER TAKE IN IN THE MORNING with your breakfast or BEFORE a proper meal or your stomach will be messed up the whole day. This is because there is a lot of iron on it and YES it will make you throw up your whole breakfast and ruin your day. Overall this product is fantastic, I did a blood test before and now after 3 weeks of taking it and the results are phenomenal. But again, DONT TAKE IT IN THE MORNING!
