Rapid difference noticed
4After taking B12 (along with other vitamins) I’ve noticed a difference in energy, I’m able to sleep at night easier and I’m not as tired during the day. Best taken in the morning as you have the energy throughout the day

Feel so much better
5Really good feel so much better for taking these just after a few weeks, used to be really tired before I take these as well as iron and folic acid. Looked into what vitamins 19F should be taking and bought them highly recommend!

Did the trick. Would buy again.
5I started taking these as a bit of an experiment. My hands and feet are always cold, especially in winter. Since taking these, I don’t seem to feel the cold as much and seem to warm up much quicker. The circulation in my hands doesn’t seem as yellow anymore either...Goes Well With:Water. Iron Tablets.

LOVE IT!
5Ever since i have introduced Vitamin B12 into my daily routine, I feel like it has had a positive impact on my health and wellbeing. I dont feel as fatigued and of higher quality than the ones off the supermarket shelf for sure! Higher ug values and and a great price

Effective product
5Tried many B12s from various companies and these are by far the best for me. Also, the bottle is small so great for storing with other supplements (Some companies send out small quantity tablets in large bottles).

5The tablets were smaller than expected and in a big tub which wasted a bit of plastic, but otherwise the tablets tasted fine, they did their job and worked well. I would recommend.Goes Well With:Water or coke
