Vitamin D is fat soluble, but it is hard to find in fat pill form. Others that I have found use soybean oil, which I prefer not to eat. This product is just vit D and olive oil, which means I get the hit with none of the filler. I like it so much I bought 8 bottles - great stuff.
Goes Well With:
Kale. Water. Anything you like.
