Helps me sleep
5Second time ordering these. I find them great to take before bed to help me fall asleep easier and sleep better. Taste nice and easily chewed. Will buy again

AVOID! May cause severe insomnia
1I would highly recommend doing some research into this drug and it’s possible side effects before using it. I have previously slept soundly but ever since taking this supplement I have been plagued with severe and I mean severe insomnia. It came at the worst possible time, just as I was about to sit my uni exams. I’ve been completely wired all night despite my best efforts to unwind. I have isolated the problem to these gummies. Be careful with them. Whilst my side effect is a rare one, keep it in mind as not being able to sleep at all is ruining my overall well-being. Goes Well With:Plenty of research.

5I recommend picking these up if you're considering it. I have been taking 2 gummies a day for around 2 weeks now and I'm noticing a difference in my mind already. A lot clearer and they are helping with my cut as well as tasting nice as a little treat twice a day :). Will be buying more once I run out!Goes Well With:On there own.
