5Got these today first time trying them. Have to say being in a low calorie deficit I'm craving like mad but these really helped me stay full for the whole day, couldn't eat all my dinner so helping with portion control! Highly recommend, tablets are easy to swallow aswellGoes Well With:Juice, water
