5Starting to see regrowth of fine hair that thinned from the hairdressers. My nails are stronger too, less brittle. Plus they taste great too!Goes Well With:First thing in the morning with breakfast

5Easy to take, nice flavour; like chewing a couple of blueberry bursts of goodness. Pop a couple a day as recommended. Nails in particular have been seriously improved, stinger, grow quicker and don’t look break like they did, can’t say fairer than that.
