National Address Short Code (KSA): Required for delivery 
To deliver orders within Saudi Arabia, we require your National Address Short Code. This is a mandatory requirement from our courier to ensure your parcel is delivered accurately and on time. 

What is the Short Code? 
The Short Code is part of your Saudi National Address (from SPL / Saudi Post). It uniquely identifies your registered address. 


Please note: It is NOT your postcode/ZIP. 

Why we’ve added it 

  • Our courier requires it to validate delivery addresses in KSA 

  • It reduces failed deliveries and delays 

  • Without it, we cannot create the shipping label or dispatch your order 

! Important ! 
Mandatory for KSA orders: if you don’t provide a valid Short Code, you won’t be able to place your order. 

How to get your Short Code: 

  • Open the SPL / Saudi Post app or website 

  • Go to National Address 

  • Copy the Short Code shown in your address details

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

When ordering from Myprotein, you may be subject to taxes, duties, and admin fees depending on the delivery country. These charges are levied by customs in the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Our courier, will contact you via email with a secure payment link to settle any outstanding charges before your delivery is completed. All payments can be made by card.

Please see the specific rules for your country in the section below.

During private-sector work suspensions and holidays, orders may be delayed.
Deliveries to remote areas in UAE take place once or twice a week.
Deliveries to remote areas in KSA may take 5-8 days.
Deliveries to Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait may experience delays at customs.

Due to recent changes made by Saudi Arabia Customs, customers with orders valued over SAR1,000 will have to provide the following on collection:

  1. Consignee First, Middle and Last Name

  2. Consignee Date of Birth (Day - Month - Year)

  3. ID or Iqama Expiration Date (Day - Month - Year)
