Great for grip
5I was starting to lose my grip while doing deadlifts as I was lifting heavier and heavier. Having to rest my grip after every rep. Bought some liquid chalk and used it yesterday, works so well. Didn't have to reset my grip once!! Doesn't transfer over to the bar and doesnt really get on clothes (if it does it wipes off in like a second). Would recommend. Helps to lift heavy without compromising on grip.

Game changer
5I've been training for about 8 months and was focusing on dead-lifting today. My friend happened to have some of this on him so asked if I could use a bit. Immediately found I could lift more, with more confidence and took my 1 rep max up 20kg through improved grip. About to buy some now, 10/10 recommend since it helps really smash those intensive lifts and workouts.

Liquid Chalk
5I always use My Protein products and this is another quality product a as expected. As a competitive powerlifter I look for accessories that assist in my training and the My Protein liquid chalk does exactly that. It drys quickly and provides an excellent grip even during extremely heavy deadlifting and bench pressing. Will always use the My Protein products above all the other brands.

Quality product
5First time buying liquid chalk so I decided to buy it from MyProtein. Used it a handful of times and it’s worked really well. Dries fairly quickly on my hands and increases my grip. It’s at a really good price and I recommend it to anyone!

Fantastic product and great value - Pole Fitness
5I brought this as a substitute to another well known brand and this is significantly better with regards to the results. My grip lasts for ages without ruining my skin and I use it all over it's now a staple in my gym bag.

does the job
5I came across this product and was very skeptical to how beneficial it could actually be. It turned out to be the best piece of gear i could get my hands on from MP! Keeps my grip solid during crossfit workouts. Definitely recommended.

Brilliant stuff
5A no brainer product. If you suffer from sweaty grip then this is for you. Quick drying and effective. Turns a questionable grip into a firm strong one - really cut down the need for wrist straps which is a huge bonus as that itself increases my strength. Have repeat ordered so 'nuff said.

Awesome product
5Had been meaning to get chalk for a while and this liquid chalk is mega useful. Super easy to put on and comes off without any effort and doesn't stain clothes! Would easily recommend to everyone.
