Good quality product
4Pleased with the quality of this product, one bottle will last a long time. Only "down side" is that the chalk can really get embedded in the nirling of the bar.

5Not more chalk pits scattered around the gym. Easy to use, mess free liquid. No accidental spills leaving your kit bag full of chalk dust. Just as good if not better than chalk dust

Amazing stuff
5This chalk is amazing for rope climb exercises. It feels like glue it makes such a difference. It's also useful for heavy weights/any hanging bar exercise - I assume anything involving grip strength - I would definitely recommend and will buy again when mine runs out - although you only need a tiny amount and this the bottle is pretty big so think it may be a while before i need to top up!
