What is Vitamin D3?

Vitamin D3 is a fat soluble vitamin which is produced underneath the skin following sun exposure. It is also found in small amounts in many foods such as salmon, mackerel, sardines, eggs and milk but can be consumed in high amounts through supplementation. Each softgel provides 2500iu of vitamin D3 in liquid form.
