It works

Since I got this product don't use glucose tablets or bottled drinks it replaces them all and is same effective as above products and cheaper so that is my new favourite drink.

Great for extra carbs!

I needed to add carbs to my workout shakes without using a sports drink because I can’t stand them. This did exactly the trick. I add 40g to 30g instant oats and 15g whey in 500ml water and it gives exactly the boost I need for heavy weightlifting sessions. It’s a bit sweet, but more like if you’ve put an extra spoon of sugar in your coffee, not sickly sweet. Took one use to get over it because the benefits massively outweigh negatives.

Good stuff

The product mixes well, satisfies my sweet tooth, I use 30g in my post workout shake for a speedy recovery, especially when I am training twice in a day. Would recommend

Excellent for energy purposes

I tried some of my boyfriend's pack of this as I found that within half an hour after a workout, I was just exhausted. I usually workout early evening so gives me that boost I need until bedtime. It is amazing and really perks you up for hours and you don't feel the 'crash' from it. Would definitely recommend!

Dextrose

Started using this as I was cutting for a while and found my energy in and out of the gym was quite depleted so started using this with my pre/post shakes and found I wasnt as bummed out afterwards... easy to mix as its tasteless and quite fine! Bought another bag to get me threw the second phase 👊

Great product for recovery

Really good product, mixes well with my Banana Whey Impact protein. Is very sweet, so I do t add to much. Helps with a speedy recovery after an intense session. Replenishing my glycogen levels after burning through majority of them all in training.

This is basically sugar but with a higher calorie count and less sweetness. great if you just wanna pack up some calories in your meals.
