Excellent for energy purposes
5I tried some of my boyfriend's pack of this as I found that within half an hour after a workout, I was just exhausted. I usually workout early evening so gives me that boost I need until bedtime. It is amazing and really perks you up for hours and you don't feel the 'crash' from it. Would definitely recommend!Goes Well With:Whey protein & milk

5Started using this as I was cutting for a while and found my energy in and out of the gym was quite depleted so started using this with my pre/post shakes and found I wasnt as bummed out afterwards... easy to mix as its tasteless and quite fine! Bought another bag to get me threw the second phase 👊Goes Well With:Anything

Great product for recovery
5Really good product, mixes well with my Banana Whey Impact protein. Is very sweet, so I do t add to much. Helps with a speedy recovery after an intense session. Replenishing my glycogen levels after burning through majority of them all in training.Goes Well With:When impact protein
