5Been buying for years. Excellent mixability and tastes great. I always go for unflavoured - if I wish to flavour it I can. Highly recommend especially if it's on sale which is often.Goes Well With:Water, milk, oat milk or variations of.

A new staple in my diet
5I'll never be without a bag of instant oats in the cupboard now, easy to use in overnight oats which suits me as an after workout meal. Chocolate tastes alright and the unflavoured means you can put whatever you want in with it. Goes Well With:Greek yogurt or banana and peanut butter.

Instant Oat
5Generally very happy with the Instant Oat, it helped me achieve my extra calorie/carb goal per day, I lost a bit of weight/size with my latest job due to eating the same amount as before the extra manual work and since using the Instant Oat i have re-gained my size and weight by 10lb in 2.5 weeks, waist measurement has stayed the same too as it should if the calories/carbs are not rubbish and your training intensity is goodGoes Well With:Water

Great to thicken and bulk calories in protein shake
5Great to thicken and bulk calories in protein shake. I add a scoop or 2 to my protein shake in the morning after training while in a bulking phase helps with taste and texture Goes Well With:Collagen protein shake or meal replacement shake

Inconsistent quality
3I want to love this product, I use as a key ingredient in high calorie shakes but consistency of quality varies hugely between batches. I’ve had bags of the smoothest ground oats with no lumps or grains that mixes perfectly into a liquid but have also now had my second bag where the grind is far coarser. Mixing this into a shake is like trying to drink sand… horrible and sticks in your throat. Not sure I can buy any more for my purpose, would work fine if mixing into food for overnight oats for example but not to blend and drink

Taste of dust, not oats
2The first time I bought it the product was amazing. Great oats taste and mixability. Perfect for bulking. I'm not sure why, but for the second time I bought it, its taste wasn't what I could remember. Its taste was changed, and it was undrinkable if not using great willpower.

Perfect for overnight and baked oats
5I use these almost every morning for my baked oats or for smoother overnight oats. I get them unflavoured for breakfasts or chocolate for brownies and they mix in so well. They save me lots of time because I'm not blending my own oats and they're great value too!
