Good but old batch was smoother

Good fast carbs and really concienient although they have changed the consistency in the new batch and isn’t as smooth as the old one

Tastes awful

I wouldn’t say this has a great taste and it’s definitely not bearable I got chocolate smooth flavour and definitely won’t be using the rest of the pack I bought.

Oats are the one

Great supplement for both shakes and baking. I blend with oat milk, 1 and half scoop oats, 1 scoop impact whey and 2 whole eggs early every morning, fills me up till late morning, then it's pancake time. x2 scoops, x2 eggs, baking powder toffee flav drops... Game changer.

Very filling

Bought these oats 3 weeks ago. Absolutely brilliant even unflavoured. The recommendations is 2 1/3 scoops. I used 1 scoops and that’s plenty of carbs to start the day. Occasionally us a scoop of vanilla or chocolate Diet Whey Protein to mix it up abit. Will be buying again in the near future.

Brilliant

Great way to boost calorie intake. I have it in my whey shake every morning. Simple fast and effective. Only down side is the chalky texture but it’s to be expected with oats.
