Does the job
Quick and easy way to get carbs in post exercise. Not much for taste, but mixing it with my whey protein it gives a decent shake. Goes Well With:Whey protein vanilla or white chocolate

Brilliant
I just add one scoop (unflavoured) to my protein shake (total protein or casein) to add extra carbs and fibre in a healthy way, it also makes the protein taste nicer, gives it a nice oaty undertone and makes the protein thicker Goes Well With:Total Protein

The best option for hard gainers
If you cant eat enough, dont search through, this product is the perfect choice. Easy to mix, combined with whey protein its an easy, tasty and full breakfast. Strongly recommend for everyone who bulking.
