5Packed full of carbs to give you maximum energy before a workout, quite cheap compared to other products on the site, it does run out at quite a fast rate, packing in around 50 serving for a 5KG pouch. The unflavoured taste obviously weren't the best, due to the fact I don't like the taste of oats.Goes Well With:I mix my instant oats with 1 banana offering an extra 22g carbs and honey, which both work together to adjust the taste so it's more enjoyable for me to consume.

Worst tasting product I’ve ever used
1I bought the unflavoured and it is Completely undrinkable, I throw up every time I use it, ive tried mixing with creatine and 2 large scoops of protein powder but the dry stale taste of oats is so overwhelming it just makes me throw up Goes Well With:The bin

Good Carbs
5Good carbs that mix well with whey based protein shakes to add in more calories, also makes good proats when left to soak in some whey overnight.

Dark Chocolate
2Having tried instant oats from other companies I was eager to try myprotein's version of smooth chocolate instant oats. However I found the taste to be absolutely vile. It tasted like dark chocolate and nothing like the smooth chocolate protein powder. I also found the oats to be more of a powder than actual oats

My favorite myprotein product
5This is my favorite of all times. Great value for money and amazing taste. I use this to make my pancakes (mixed with coconut flour and water or oat milk, sometimes I use half a scoop of the vegan blend for extra vitamins) that I make every single day. They make me full and energetic. And obviously, help me to build muscule. I’ve tried all the flavors and my favorite is vanilla, so I buy 2.5kg and last me some time. I recomend this 100%. Goes Well With:Coconut flour and water to make pancakes.
