Pretty much the best
4As far as gainer shakes go this is pretty much the best you're gonna get. Taste is fine, good amounts of protein and carbs without too much fat and sugar. I've seen a few on the market with a lot more carbs in, but overall I'm happy with this 🤷🏻♂️Goes Well With:Gains

4Mixes up well but as always best if you can do in proper blender. Tastes OK, better than most. Stick with it and it will work.

5The bulking powder is an amazing quick intake of protein it isn’t filling Which is great when bulking, the chocolate tastes great, and it all goes down easy. The powder lasts a while due to the great size, which is great.

Disgusting Flavour, weird after taste and smell
1There must've been a change to the vanilla because I don't remember it tasting this bad. The taste and smell is horrible and is just so artificial not even vanilla like. Definitely recommend staying away from this particular flavour or even the Advanced weight gainer formula itself. Goes Well With:Normally use milk and peanut butter but doesn't help. Manageable but sickening.

Does what it says on the tin
5Does exactly what it says, definitely getting heavier after a month of these. They mix well and taste quite nice though Vanilla is very sweet! So worth trying other flavours to see what goes down best.Goes Well With:A Banana and peanut butter if you want an extra protein hit
