5I would recommend it to anyone trying to lose weight. Along with lcarnitine and green tea extract it improved my weight loss journey. There is no magic way to lose weight without doing exercise and calorie deficit, but it was going way better with these products compared to doing everything just purely with calorie deficit and exercise. 5CLA always help me to move that stubborn fat away, and My Protein did amazing job with this product. No aftertaste. They are gentle on my body, but always do the job. I have been using these CLA for couple years when I want to lose some stubborn fat. Goes Well With:Take with brekfast meal

Very good but dosage not clear
4I have been taking these for around a month now since coming to a halt on my weight loss and have now been dropping at least 2lb a week. The dosage is not clear though. I take 6 tablets a day (2 tablets after each meal) as per the website but the bottle says to take 2 tablets a day. The old bottle had a dosage of 6 tablets a day. Think this needs clarifying for customers. Other than that- happy with the product and highly recommend!

5I have been using these for nearly a month, and whilst I saw slow steady progress, I read a lot of reviews and saw I was taking incorrect dosage (2 a day). I upped my dosage to the recommended in the comments 2 x 3 times per day, and have seen a great difference! I am doing 10k steps a day, plus a run, weights 3x per week and if you put the hard work in the capsules definitely seem to have helped me

Seem to be working
5Have only been taking for a couple of weeks but the seem to be helping with my weightloss. Currently lost 7lbs in 2 weeks along with healthy eating and exercise which is was prior to taking these.
