Intensive training
5I have bought the BCAA pills for my boyfriend, we have previously tried powdered, but never saw good enough effect to carry on drinking it. My boyfriend is currently training: kickboxing, boxing, strength and cardio training, usually 4-5 hard trainings a week. He has been super tired and his muscles were just not recovering fast enough for him to carry on with this. However, once he has started taking these supplements, he has increased the intensity and frequency of his trainings, That's how good these are :)Goes Well With:Chuck them down with water

Easy and effective way to get more BCCAS in your diet
5Taste isn't great but it's a tablet what would you expect. They are quite sizey tablets so if you are sensitive to swallowing tablets you may struggle with these. But personally these have been a great addition to my workout and dietary routine I take 2 with breakfast and 2 post workout along with the alpha men my protien multivitamins and I feel it has helped me with my recovery. Goes Well With:Water, protein shake.

suitable for vegetarians or not?!
1so I was encouraged by the reviews and suffer from muscle fatigue since upping the ante in terms of training and diet. Under nutritional information these are listed under vegetarian and vegan but the bottle clearly states NOT SUITABLE FOR VEGETARIANS. I will be seeking a full refund

They work
5I'm a beginner to working out and trying to gain muscle, I take 6 tablets 3 tunesy daily, Two Before a work out, two after a workout and two before I sleep, I've been taking then for two months now, and I'm not sure if it's because I've just started, but wow have they helped, My arms have bulked right up, alot of people have noticed and said, For beginners do not hesitate they help out massively great product! Goes Well With:Water, I don't have much of an issue swallowing them (have had to take medication with a similar size tablet) They are in the bigger side of tablets though

Does what it says
5Other users have commented on the size which was a reservation as i'm not the best with large tablets but i actually find them OK - they would be a little easier if coated but are not too bad. I've never had them before but based on other reviews gave them ago at the same time as starting a 4 week weighted circuit programme that i have done before and experienced a lot of DOMS from. Now into week 3 and I assume it must be these doing the job as recovery is much better, no DOMS, and I've been able to increase my weights and reps. I would recommend these - i take two before and two after exercise.Goes Well With:Taking alongside a Turmeric Curcumin supplement to reduce inflammation

Gave it a 3 but that's a ME problem...
3As with all MyProtein stuff, cannot fault the product at all - always know your getting quality from them. Reason for going 3 stars myself was purely because it's not a supplement I feel has a place in my current training & supplement routine. So firstly why did I buy them in the first place, and secondly why write a review...? Well that's the absolute class thing, I didn't buy them because on a recent purchase which was rather chunky (gainz train was running out of fuel) I spent over whatever the amount was and got them as an optional freebie, which I just think is a proper good show from MyProtien and goes to show them looking after all their customers so if you're a new customer reading this then just commit to the company because they won't go letting you down anytime soon!! Getting back on track to the actual product, I wrapped them up nicely and gave them to a mate who does use them and he's really happy. Overall MyProtein coming in at a solid 10/10 once again
