Overall very happy
4I'm generally happy with the product itself. It mixes adequately and tastes fine. If you mix with 300ml liquid make sure you have a decent sized shaker as it bulks up quite a lot. The only negative thing I have to mention (and this applies ro several products, not just this one) is that the resealable packs don't work very well. Most are almost impossible to get to resealable and sometimes one side of the resealable strip will separate from the bag when you open it. Don't let that put you off the products though, it's a minor niggle.Goes Well With:Skimmed milk.

Great product
5I find at night that I get a very sweet tooth and that is my bad snacking time normally. Since purchasing this product I have found it has taken the edge off my sweet cravings and I am actually sleeping much better. I’m also not waking up as hungry as I used to

4Not the best casein i’ve had texture wise, but a good price and does the job

Really disappointed
1Really disappointed with this product and I'm a huge MyProtein fan. If you don't drink immediately it forms a thick undrinkable layer on top and all round taste like your drinking talc powder. It's shame :-(

Great product
5Great tasting product easy to mix and great choice of flavours. Very good service from my protein and i got a free box of protein bars with my order which are also really nice. Would definitely recommend.

5It’s a great product but it is very powdery. This is the same with all casein protein though

Bedtime protein
4Good product for bedtime recovery, but I suggest mixing with some whey or instant oats to add extra protein/carbs, but mainly to stop the frothyness

Great taste and texture
5The elite definitely mixes better, but overall this caesin is great. Taste is like a milkshake, texture can be a bit strange depending on the batch, but generally it's been good and has really helped with recovery. Goes Well With:Water.

It does what it says
4It does what you would expect it to do. Have improved my size and performance. However the unflavoured option, I wouldn’t go for again, it doesn’t tease nice.
