Works but at what cost
5I bought the cola flavour one. First 10 times drinking it I gagged, it tastes and smells horrible. But like all things gym, just do it. I feel like I can go for more and stay longer in the gym once drinking it but she about the taste

Decent pre-workout
4The Alpha pre workout was sold out but this is a decent alternative and the flavour isn’t half bad plus it’s easy to mix and get down definitely recommend when your out of your go too stuffGoes Well With:Water When you cannot be arsed

Outstanding
5I was going to the gym for months without using anything. I ordered pre workout amongst other things and my strength and size have gone up noticeably in no time at all. I bounce into the gym and find it easier to push myself. Would thoroughly recommend.

5As someone who has only started using pre-workout it’s good. It tastes exactly like one of those hard lollipops you get in the big tub of sweets, so if you like that you will like this. Very effective helped with my energy in the gym.
