Nice protein bar but bland
3Good protein bar with alot of protein low calories just the taste was abit bland but if you have a water with it then its okayGoes Well With:Water

A nice snack
5This makes a really convenient snack to get some extra protein in, 18g being about enough for a couple of hours. The texture reminds me of sweets I had when I was a kid and you don't get the funny taste some protein snacks bring. Would recommend.

Good for weight loss
4Of course the flavor and texture is not as good as the regular protein bars of my protein, but it’s high in protein and very low in calories (and still tastes pretty good)
