It contains 4.5mg of EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate) per serving. It's a powerful boost1,2 for any activity, whether that’s boxercise or lifting weights.

So far so good!
Not long been taking these alongside CLA and BCAA and so far so good! Energy levels seem improved and stomach seems to be going down! No nasty stomach side effects some people have mentioned and sooooo much better than drinking green tea!
