Maybe required taste
1Unfortunately not a fan of this one. I mixed it with water and it taste very sweet and quite surgical. Horrible after taste.

Great but spiked my blood sugar
4My protein vanilla flavor always delivers deliciousness, but upon closer inspection, I noticed a more than usual sugar content. Coincidentally, I had a glucose monitor on, and it caused a steep spike in my blood sugar levels. Not ideal so probably wouldnt buy again unless they reduced it. Worth noting that this is 10000% tastier than Huels meal replacement powder. Goes Well With:Milk

5Using this as a meal replacement along side 16:8 fasting. Taste is good - not synthetic like other brands. Very surprised how much one shake is surprising my appetite. Have lost 6lbs in 4 days! Long May it continue Goes Well With:Fasting 16:8 Shake for brunch, 1 snack and a reasonably healthy dinner

5i first found my protein website through my son using it.i need both my knees replaced due to osteoarthritis and need to lose weight.i picked the strawberry meal replacement and use it for my breakfast,i would have had cereal and toast.its so easy to count up and keep a track on calories with it.bought a shaker,mix 2 scoops with water ,shake like mad,no lumps and i just love the taste.its no hardship taking it.sometimes have a banana too,depending on how hungry i am.there is vanilla and chovolate flavours too.i keep dinner mostly meat, salad and have cut out bread,i would recommend to anyone ,its great.Goes Well With:i take mine with fruit but you can experiment with other recipes or flavours.

5The vanilla is a good meal replacement. I struggle wigh food allergies and it's perfect for keeping my protein and calories up

Excellent product
5First time trying this product and will definitely be buying it again .. taste is great easy on the tummy and actually keeps me full till my lunch Goes Well With:I mix mine with black cold exspresso and water and ice
