Great for recipes
4I made a batch of waffles with this Caesin Protein and they turned out pretty great, the texture was fine and taste was nice when in combination of other ingredients, I haven't tried it on just shake form but it's becoming a staple for protein recipes that I'm making. Goes Well With:Whey protein, oats, greek Yogurt

Slow release casein
5Mixes very well, comes out smooth with a whisk, no blender required. Light flavour, not too intense.Goes Well With:Rice Krispies and Blueberries

Really difficult to mix
3This casein powder is the worst protein powder I have used. It is difficult to mix with either water or milk, resulting in a very frothy layer culminating on the top (ala whisky sour but cannot be drank) and residual clumps on the lid, no matter how hard you shake it.

Great Product
5Has really helped with my recovery. Since upping my training I was suffering with DOMS and fatigue. Since adopting one serving an hour before bed I have really noticed a change.

Could have been great
3Mixes very smoothly with soy milk or water but what disappoints is the lack of flavour options. There are so many awesome sounding options for whey that those available here feel bland and lacking.
