Great in a smoothie
5I mix with oats, frozen bananas and coconut milk to make a filing smoothie. Not strong chocolate favored so I also add cocoa powder. Smooth, better tasting and not gritty compared to whey powder and seeing good results.

My thoughts My protein
5I think the casein and whey protein is great I’ve recommended My protein to many people. I’ve only tried vanilla flavour but it’s spot on , easy to mix great products.

Slow release casein
5I love it and find it keeps me fuller for longer. If I take it in the morning at breakfast, it keeps me going without feeling hungry until 2 - 3 pm, which works great for me. Or if I'm getting up early for a gym session I take it at bedtime and can get my session done before needing any breakfast.Goes Well With:Cacao powder at night makes a good hot chocolate With porridge oats and chia seeds microwaved then add fruit of choice

Good amount of protein for while you sleep
4Overall a good product, the chocolate flavour at least sometimes gets a bit foamy after you've shaken it but overall happy with it & great for protein.
