Tasts good mixed with milk,
5I can't say about the ingredients' quality as I'm not a laboratory, but the powder (unflavoured) tastes OK mixed with milk. EDIT: the form says that the Effectiveness score is optional, but it doesn't allow submitting without selection. I use it for a few weeks, I don't think it's possible to say whether it's effective or not. Goes Well With:Milk

Don’t buy strawberry
4Works well took with water at night before bed helping muscle recovery but my god is strawberry disgusting. Would buy again just in chocolate flavour.

Worse thing ever!
2While I made a huge mistake buying unflavoured due to some advice by a friend. This has to be the most weirdest and unusual form of protein I've ever had, from the taste to the texture is just very unusual being unflavoured I have mixed it with various flavours such as orange juice, cranberry juice even water and squash and yet it has an after taste that is undescribable, as for the texture the best thing to do is gulp it down as quickly as possible and hope it doesn't hang around to much. Personal experience it made me feel a bit sicky after but that could be cause I down it to help deal with everything I don't know. All I can say is give it ago and make up your own mind for me I won't be buying anymore and this is not a bad reflection on my protein products cause they are generally good at what they do but for me it's not something I could enjoy or will enjoy.Goes Well With:Someone who has no taste or texture issues

Good for bedtime
5I like this product, good for getting your extra protein in before bed, can mix it with your whey isolate after training as well good product
