delicious and versatile

Mixes extremely - fluffy pancakes
5The taste is better than I expected. I recommend using barista milk for optimal deliciousness. Two scoops gave me three fluffy pancakes that were filling and yummy with protein youghurt.Goes Well With:Protein youghurt Low calorie chocolate Barrista Oat milk

Best pancake mix on the planet
5Tried a few pancake mixes from ither brands and this by far is the best, its took a while to get the nack of mixing but i absolutely love it. Goes Well With:Oat milk Flaxseeds Toffee or coconut flavadrops Organic cocoa powder

Best Pancakes
5I've tried all 3 flavours and all are amazing- The joint winners are Vanilla and Golden Syrup though. Amazing with banana/pb/syrups/literally anything! Goes Well With:Everything

Tasty But Not as Easy As Stated
3So I bought this as all the influencers were raving about protein pancakes and i had failed miserably trying to make them from scratch I now know why the mix smells amazing and looks fine My first try making the mix I had the same Issues as my own mix number two was better but burnt and uncooked Why were they so fragile ? I added vegan buttermilk (recipes online) and apple sauce followed the instructions it should have worked and yet I had a miserable looking but lovely smelling rubber mess UNTIL and this is why it loses two stars I added a large egg now I know I know anyone reading this Is going why buy the vegan mix you eat animal products ! Im dairy intolerant and can’t have whey or other milk derived proteins i also don’t like dairy anymore and agree ethically it’s not ok but struggled nutritionally on a vegan dietary it didn’t work for me as I have health issues so now I’m just dairy free for the pancakes that worked I added one large egg to 70g (one scoop) despite the recipe saying 50g and a splash of vegan buttermilk until I hit a consistency I felt was thick enough to cook but runny enough to move in the end they tasted amazing (like apple pie but that’s because of there’s two TBS of apple sauce the dash of cinnamon and the added vanilla flav drops) slightly fluffy (because of the ACV from my buttermilk mixing with the rising agent in the mix) and fairly moist I ate nearly 5 hrs ago served with one piece of rindless thick cut piece of bacon and some sugar free maple syrup and I’m still full hrs later Final opinion is great if you find another binder that works instead of egg or if your dairy intolerant like me and not vegan for ethical reasons but otherwise cooking as directed will make a rubber mess and a sad frustrated cook Goes Well With:Literally any topping you want

Great fluffy pancakes
5I've tried a few protein pancake mixes and most of the time the texture is usually rubbery and they don't taste great. These are the only ones I have repeatedly bought because they are absolutely nothing like other mixes. The pancakes come out fluffy, great tasting and mix exceptionally well (though I've only mixed it with coconut milk). The whole family, even the kids who think they're pancake connoisseurs love these!Goes Well With:Compote, yoghurt, granola, biscoff / chocolate spread
