Unbelievably Disappointing
I’d purchased the sample size of the vegan pancake mix, but the larger bags were out of stock so figured this product wouldn’t be too dissimilar. They were really awful. I tried different milks, just water, and adding additional ingredients. But I just could not get around the texture - super mealy and rubbery. The vegan pancakes are fab, but these really are a swing and a miss

If I could give a 0 star I would, the powder is horrible to mix, doesn't even cook well (bottom burns, doesn't flip and top is soggy), the taste is vile and texture is like wet cardboard. Waste of money

The taste and mixability is really awful
I have tried a number of protein pancake mixes, as i love the convenience of having them to-hand for snacks. Of all the types i have tried, this is by far the worst (cookie and creme). The taste is pretty terrible, like a really low quality protein bar - you could eat it if you really needed the nutrition, but you would never choose to otherwise. I also found it next to impossible to mix all of the dry chunks out, which added to the terrible eating experience. They are also very flat and dense, not at all like a pancake. I will say the nutritional values are excellent, if you don't mind chewing a bowl of poor tasting protein powder.Goes Well With:The bin

Disappointing Flavor Experience
The protein pancake mix left much to be desired. Unfortunately, the overwhelming taste of egg whites overshadowed any enjoyment I could have had. Won't be purchasing again.

A decent breakfast option
The flavour of the pancakes this makes is really good and the mixture cooks well. My only complaint is that the instructions on the bag don't really say how many pancakes each mix is supposed to make.Goes Well With:Maple syrup and raspberries.

Not great
Unfortunately I’m disappointed with this product. After trying the vegan protein pancake mix (which taste much better but way less protein) this mix is not good. The texture is off and made me feel sick so will not be repurchasing it.
