What does Protein Pancake Mix taste like?

Our deliciously light and fluffy Protein Pancake Mix is available in a range of mouth-watering indulgent flavours, including Vanilla, Maple Syrup, and Golden Syrup.

We’ve also got our extremely versatile Unflavoured too, providing the perfect base to build and top as you wish. So you can be good or just plain naughty!

How do I prepare Protein Pancake Mix?

  1. Scoop 50g of powder into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add 65ml of your favourite plant milk and whisk to a smooth paste.
  3. Heat a non-stick frying pan over a low /medium heat and lightly oil as required.
  4. Using a large spoon or scoop drop 3 even lots of pancake mix into the pan.
  5. Cook on the first side for 2 mins before flipping over using a spatula
  6. Cook for a further 2 mins or until golden brown.
  7. Serve with a choice of toppings.

Phew, these were great after all!

After reading the previous reviews I was hesitant to try these but I found them quick, fluffy and delicious! I bought the maple flavour, made them small using oat milk as the mixer. They were fluffy and tasty - what a fantastic way to boost my protein for the day!

Stick with original

Just horrible, three batches and barely edible, it’s like the middle just never cooks. Much prefer the non vegan - ordered by mistake and won’t order again

Great pancakes

Good pancakes. They need to be thick and on pan max 10cm. If they are wide its hard to flip. Great taste

These are bomb! 💣

So I previously thrown about the vegan pancake mix from Myprotein and I was never able to get them to work no matter how much I tried. I decided to risk it and buy a bag of the new improved recipe and I was so impressed! Be patient when cooking - and don't use a blender - use a bowl and whisk as instructed. These are so good with a few flavdrops added would highly recommend! I bought the unflavoured.

Poor results

After finding out I have a dairy intolerance I decided to try the Vegan pancake mix as like the other reviews say its meant to be quick and easy. Most of the reviews claim they managed to get fluffy pancakes. After following the guide multiple times and to the exact measurements the results I got were stodgy pancakes which look raw inside. The only way I managed to get fluffy pancakes with this mix was adding in eggs and flour which you simply shouldn't have to do. Very disappointed with the results of this product. Glad I only purchased the 250g.

Absolutely fantastic! (New Recipe)

I’m not a vegan but I was looking for vegan supplements and the vanilla protein pancakes really are phenomenal. The texture is exactly like that of American style pancakes - no compromise at all! The only slight criticism I can give these is the flavour has a bit of that sort of vegan taste you’d come to expect with vegan supplements but I think that can be eliminated easily by adding some more vanilla flavdrops or extract. Texture wise it’s perfect - just follow the exact instructions on the packaging for the amounts, I used: 2 full scoops and 130ml of your favorite vegan milk is perfect for a few small pancakes. I made the mistake of thinking I could use my protein shaker for it as I do with the normal protein pancakes but the batter is too thick - use a bowl and whisk. Overall 5 stars, don’t think it’s possible to fully eliminate a slightly grassy undertaste that comes w all vegan supplements.

Super Impressed!

Just tried the vegan vanilla protein pancakes mix this morning and fell in love. Did not expect to like them so much but they were thick, fluffy, and super delicious. Such a fan of this, I definitely recommend it.
Goes Well With:
I topped them with fresh strawberries mixed in with Alpro yoghurt and myprotein sugar-free butterscotch syrup and I felt like I was having a delicious pastry from a cute cafe. Super excited to experiment with different toppings.
