Inedible sludge.
1Reviewing the chocolate one here. It has the consistency of wet cement and is about as tasty. The serving suggestion of three scoops per 400ml would result in a shake so thick you could slice it. You need about 300ml per scoop. No amount of shaking or even whisking is enough to prevent a gritty texture - you will need a blender. Once you've managed to get it to a drinkable state you then have to overcome the repellent taste. The only point I can make in its favour is that it's very filling. Like eating a kilo of bread dough.Goes Well With:The bin.

Good value
5Recently switched to using this from Huel products. The Whole Fuel Blend tastes equally as good and it’s far better value; would be better if available in more flavours though.

Not the greatest taste
2I’ve been using my protein vegan blends for years. I’ve noticed there was been changes in tastes recently and if I’m honest I think this is the last time I’d get this product. Just tastes like nothingness and needs a lot of oat milk for any favour.

Used for years
4I have been using this product for 3 or so years now. I am not vegan, but feel this product is better than the dairy based alternatives. The chocolate is the best and I really like it. Vanilla is also lovely, I just have a personal preference for chocolate. The vanilla and raspberry is nice, the salted caramel is a bit bland and reminds me more of butterscotch, I won’t be buying this flavour again. I just use water, and this works well for me.Goes Well With:Water

Sort the taste out. Great meal replacement
5I've been buying whole fuel blend for over a year and absolutely loved it. Does exactly what it says and everything you could ever want in a meal replacement. All that goodness. I'm not sure what's happened to the taste though. It use to taste really good. Sort of like an oaty chocolate biscuit taste but now the flavour seems to have changed to what I would describe as a slighty gone off berry smoothy with a hint of dark chocolate. Not sure what happened but guess it might take a while to get use to. Will keep using as it's always met my needs and can't justify the price of other meal replacements on the market but please sort the flavour out. It was perfect before you changed it. Goes Well With:I mix with 700ml skimmed milk but can also use water.

New Recipe is Awful
2The new recipe for this has completely ruined the taste and texture. While the old formula was a bit too sweet, it (chocolate flavour) now just tastes bitter. It is also incredibly thick and gloopy. The whole flax seeds settle to the bottom of the shaker if left to stand for more than a couple of minutes and are difficult to mix back in given the thickness of the shake. It's just a gloopy mess. The changes they made were good in theory but haven't worked. I'll still buy it, as it remains the best meal replacement for the price. Never reviewed anything before as I don't really understand people's very high standards for the taste of their shakes. This is really disappointing, however, as I loved this product.

Lovely taste but a bit grainy
4As the title says. Have struggled to get a mix so far (without blending) that doesn't remaining quite grainy.Goes Well With:Oat milk

Filling but requires some effort to get down
3As a meal replacement, can't fault it's ability to provide all that's needed and leave me feeling full. The taste and texture though are a challenge, particularly when compared to my last purchase BeNu. I use a blender and mix two cups with water in each case. BeNu gave me a smooth easy to drink experience which tasted fine, this remains grainy even after a blend and the taste is a real challenge. I purchased the chocolate for both. I will be going back to BeNu when I finish this.Goes Well With:Banana

5So……I’m not a person to give reviews but I think this product definitely needs a good review. Recommend for cycling recovery and I have to say it’s brilliant, I drink this 10mins after any ride, race or Zwift workouts and it gives my body what it needs….carbs….protein etc. no aches or pains in the legs. I’ve also taken this in the morning with a banana the day after any heavy training or racing and it’s been working wonders for me!! I like the salted caramel and it’s a cracking flavour, it’s not to sweet or too salty it’s perfect!! Goes Well With:Cold water and mixed well in a shaker is perfect no dry lumps
