Avoid if you like sleep
1Took 1 30mins before bed on 2 consecutive nights. Was waking up every other hr and had the worst night sleep. When I got up in the morning I felt irritated and aggy. During the day I had the worst wind (think protein farts x100) and cramps. Maybe my body just doesn't react well with this. Goes Well With:Zombie like morning appearance

5Always happy with this product. I take 2 every night , an hour before I plan to go to bed. I sleep like a baby and never have trouble dropping off. I don’t use many supplements at all but this is one I won’t go without.

Helps to give you deep sleep
5It is great product for those who struggle to get good night sleep.. It isn't sleeping pill,don't misunderstand me,and it doesn't make you drowsy, but once you do fall asleep, it gives you much deeper fuller sleep than what you would have without.. Plus it gives your body zinc and magnesium, so it is beneficial many ways.. I recommend to buy large package, you don't have to think about reordering again,as this last 9 months(270 pills,one each day) and you do save moneyGoes Well With:Just small glass of water so you don't need to wake up to pee

Great for improving sleep
5I started taking 2 capsules of ZMA 30 minutes before sleep and seen significant difference, I am able to fall asleep alot quicker and have a deeper sleep, when I wake up I feel calm and rested. Would highly recommend to take ZMA in order to improve sleep and overall health.

Waste of money
1Doesn't do anything, For me anyway. Instead of helping me sleep it did the opposite. Gave it a go and have given up on it. Waste of time and money. I also found out there's no evidence it even works in studies that have been done involving zma. Goes Well With:My left toe

Helps w fatigue
5I have already been taking ZMA capsules for 3 days, it helps with fatigue, because takes me a long time to fall asleep. The capsules contributes to a better quality of sleep. Goes Well With:Water

5Couldn’t recommend enough, it’s very easy to swallow and you can feel the effect in couple of days. I now feel very strong when lifting heavy weights and plus it gives you a morning glory, which is an added bonus!!!

5This product has improved my sleep quality and recovery no end. In a time when running 5k and blasting a garden workout daily is the norm, zma has left me feeling fresh and recovered after a great nights sleep. Highly recommended.
