When to take Creatine Ethyl Ester?
We suggest taking Creatine Ethyl Ester around one hour before a workout, and on non-workout days take at the same time as a workout day. After 4-6 weeks of continued use take 1-2 weeks off and start the cycle again.

Well worth the vile taste
It's pure CEE so there's nothing added to make it mix better. Shake the life out of it and you'll be grand. Also, don't try to improve the taste, it won't work, just have your pre-workout ready straight after. Once you get used to the taste though, it's really not a big deal.Goes Well With:Chug it by itself then take pre-wo to wash the taste 👍

Definitely works and feel stronger. On its own tastes terrible, but worth it. Mix it with my protein shake, and is a little bit better, not much! Lol but definitely worksGoes Well With:I use with vegan blend
