Essential Omega-3
Essential fatty acid that supports heart health
40.00 AED

Omega-3s are essential polyunsaturated fatty acids that your body can’t make itself, so you have to get them from your diet. They’re found naturally in fish oil — meaning it can be difficult to get enough of it from what you eat alone, if you don’t eat enough fish in your diet.
What is omega-3?
Omega-3s are a group of essential fatty acids that play numerous important roles in your body. They occur naturally in one of two forms, triglycerides or phospholipids. As your body cannot produce omega-3s on its own, these fatty acids must be sourced from your diet.
Three important omega-3 essential fatty acids include ALA (alpha-linoleic acid), EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). DHA and EPA play a vital role in human physiology as they have benefits such as helping to support heart health.1
Where is omega-3 sourced from?
Our Essential Omega-3 is sourced from fish. If you are following a diet that excludes fish but are looking to supplement your omega-3 intake, it’s worth taking a look at our Vegan Omega, which is sourced from marine algae.
Alternatively, our Organic Chia Seeds are a natural, plant-based source of omega-3-6-9 and protein, and are a great addition to a healthy, balanced diet. They’re a versatile ingredient that can be added to your shakes, oats and bakes.

Report this reviewgreat but wow!!!!
These do the job!! They’re high quality and as always I love the branding on these, my only complaint is that they’re the hugest capsules I’ve ever had to swallow.. it’s manageable but took a few tries!!Goes Well With:Tons of water and dedication

Report this reviewPills stuck
The pills got stuck together and it is very hard to take it out of the box. Might be due to delivery.Goes Well With:Water
Report this reviewCheap and cheerful
As is the case with most people looking at or buying this product, i basically wanted a way of getting extra omega 3 without eating fish everyday (not easy if you're on a budget and aiming to hit protein goals). These omega 3 tablets are great! They're super cheap, easy to swallow and last for months.
Report this reviewAlpha Men Sidegrade
Anyone who has taken Alpha Men knows the horrible smell that it has. This has none of that, it doesn't really smell of anything. The best way i would describe the smell is slightly orangey-yeasty, but it really doesnt have much of a smell. Can take it with basically anything. Doesn't feel as effective as Alpha Men but since it tastes so much better i cant complain. 100% Mg would be nice but hey ho. Goes Well With:Waking up in the morning
Report this reviewGreat product
Arrived quickly. Easy to swallow and no fishy aftertaste or repeating. Will buy again.Goes Well With:A healthy diet and exercise
Report this reviewGood Stuff
Omega-3 is essential, and the price and amount of EPA and DHA you get is more than fair, especially if you don't eat fish often.
