This is an important notice regarding customs, duties, and taxes for customers receiving orders in the Middle East excluding UAE.

As your order is shipped internationally from our warehouse in Dubai, it is classified as a personal import. Goods imported from overseas, even for personal use, are subject to local customs regulations and may incur charges. These charges are determined by the customs authority in your country and are not collected by Myprotein at checkout.

Please review the important points below and ensure you understand them before placing your order.

Important Information on Charges

Please see the specific rules for your country:

Saudi Arabia (KSA)
- VAT: 15% is applied to all orders.
- Duty: 5% is applied to orders with a value over 1000 SAR.
- Admin Fee: 2% of the total VAT and Duty amount (if charged).

■ Kuwait
- VAT: None.
- Duty: 5% is applied to orders with a value over 100 KWD.
- Admin Fee: 2% of the total Duty amount (if charged).

Qatar
- VAT: None.
- Duty: 5% is applied to orders with a value over 1000 QAR.
- Admin Fee: A flat fee of 20 AED per parcel subject to duty (if charged).

Oman
- VAT: 5% is applied to all orders.
- Duty: 5% is applied to orders with a value over 100 OMR.
- Admin Fee: A flat fee of 20 AED per parcel subject to VAT or duty (if charged).

Bahrain
- VAT: 10% is applied to all orders.
- Duty: 5% is applied to orders with a value over 300 BHD.
- Admin Fee: 2% of the total VAT and Duty amount (if charged).

Please Note

• You will be contacted via email by our courier, with a link to pay any applicable charges before your delivery is made.
• Duty rates can vary for specific products based on their HS (Harmonized System) code. For information on a product's HS code, please contact our customer service team.
• For orders to Qatar and Oman, the admin fee is applied 'per parcel'. Your order may be split into multiple parcels, and this will only be known at the time of dispatch.
