A non-essential amino acid that is a pre-cursor of carnosine.

HMB (Pouch, 250g)

Beta-Hydroxy Beta-Methylbutyrate, or more commonly known by its abbreviation HMB, is a metabolite of the branch chain amino acid leucine.
