Pretty Handy
5It's great to have around. Feels wonderful to work out the quads, of course if I use heavy pressure it's tender. But that's really what you want. My son will use it a lot after his workouts.

Massage heaven
5Brilliant price of kit. Versatile and very effective. Brilliant to ease those aching legs after squats. This now lives in my gym bag so it's slways on hand.

Good for back and legs
4The design makes it really easy to massage the lower and mid back as well as the legs. Good value for money, ball spikes are pretty hard plastic though so it's not quite a foam roller comfort
