I bought these capsules after being recommended them and this site by my son, who has been using myprotein products for sometime very happily. Over the 2 months I have Neen taking a daily capsule I have found an improvement in my sleep and energy which has had the added boost of aiding my weight loss

Not for everyone
The ashwagandha works. I felt like my sleep greatly improved quickly after taking these. I was happy with these for over a month, however I soon felt more depressive, joyless and numb to my emotions. I stopped taking the capsules for well over a month, probably two months. Then I decided to take ashwagandha for around a month again. I would say that closer to the one month mark the same thing happened. I hadn't taken any ashwagandha for half a year and I wanted to use the capsules again. It took less than 20 days for me to feels very depressed, numb and at some points anxious. I would recommend this to someone who has used ashwagandha and not has so much stress with the effects as I would say it is a good capsule for its purpose. If you haven't taken ashwagandha before I would recommend you be wary and take caution of its effects.

Effective as a bed time relaxant
Quick good delivery. Good value half price discount. Does encourage and help sleep a little. Havent taken it for long enough to know its efficiency but so far so good with no obvious known side effects yet. Unsure if I reorder yet. Wait and see.Goes Well With:Food.
