5I'm a strong believer that out of the many supplements out there, some people respond better than others (creatine, bcaas etc). This probably is the same. I lift 6 days a week and I like to experiment with natural supplements that help me recover so I can cope at 38 years of age. I mix my own pre workout etc. I have been taking these for a couple of weeks now and I believe they are helping me recover, I'm cutting, currently down to 10% body fat and I had more energy today in the gym than I have in a long time. I am now using the powder that MyP sells, put 5g in my workout drink and take 2 of these before bed. I recommend trying, worth it if you respond to it like I do.Goes Well With:Grinding in the gym and water
