Great for Granola

Use these to make granola which is the best breakfast imho.  Long lasting energy throughout day from these chia seeds.  Used to buy them from Costco but now just buy MP’s chia seeds.

Overnight oats

My doc said chia seeds are a great source of Omega 3, an important natural anti inflammatory, particularly as I hate fish. An excellent thickening agent for overnight oats!
