Pleasantly surprised!

I’ve recently started to become more aware of making healthy choices when it comes to food but sometimes struggles to get all the appropriate nutrients etc. I felt as if I was lacking fibre in my diet, and read about how Chia seeds are a great source of it. I got the flavourless ones and I was very sceptical at first because I’m not one to like seeds/nuts in food but I put about 15g in with my protein porridge every morning and hardly know they’re there! I can’t taste them which I like, and I can occasionally feel a slight crunch but nothing that bothers me or ruins my breakfast. Adds about 60cals to my porridge but a great source of fibre. Would recommend.

Great value

What a bargain! I was fed up paying through the nose at supermarkets for a small bag. I add to overnight oats, smoothies and mix with porridge and fruits.

Can’t complain about this at all, does what it says on tin !!! I add a spoon full to my breakfast every day and you can’t taste it really , so all the goodness without any comprimising.

Chia Seeds

These chia seeds have a mild flavour, so they can be easily mixed into your food of choice for extra nutrition and texture, without affecting the taste. They are easy to stir into porridge without clumping together. The price is good for 300g, though I have seen cheaper in other stores.
