Great staple for your diet

Great value

What a bargain! I was fed up paying through the nose at supermarkets for a small bag. I add to overnight oats, smoothies and mix with porridge and fruits.

Can’t complain about this at all, does what it says on tin !!! I add a spoon full to my breakfast every day and you can’t taste it really , so all the goodness without any comprimising.

Chia Seeds

These chia seeds have a mild flavour, so they can be easily mixed into your food of choice for extra nutrition and texture, without affecting the taste. They are easy to stir into porridge without clumping together. The price is good for 300g, though I have seen cheaper in other stores.

Impressed!

I’m not a huge fan of protein power with milk (or a milk alternative) so I tried this out and it’s just like drinking squash! I also go for 400ml of water as I find it’s quite strong with one scoop of powder. Tastes so good! If you like peach squashes you’ll love this!
