Super easy high protein breakfast

This is a 30 second breakfast that actually gets you a surprising amount of food. Obviously nobody is having 30g like the "suggested" serving - I have 90g with 200-250g milk every morning and it fills up most of the bowl, I'm full until after my workout at lunch 3-4 hours later. 400 cals, 36g protein. Its basically 40:40:20 which is great considering the convenience, and is tastes just like a breakfast cereal - more akin to cereal than regular granola at least.

Delicious coco pops

Just like a chocolate milkshake, only crunchy and high in protein! I love this cereal. I don’t think it’s like granola at all, just like grown up coco pops. I don’t find it very filling for the amount of calories, so I don’t eat it very often, but it’s a treat when I do. I have it with vanilla almond milk.

Healthier and taste even better than cereal

Caution: you may get addicted. A great recharge meal on a busy day, goes extremely well with 0 fat milk. Do watch the calories, protein amount is just right to not overpower the taste

Best Breakfast EVER

I was one of those people that never ate breakfast. Just a while back I decided to start looking after myself and no matter what I tried, I still couldn't face eating so early in the morning. So I decided to give the Protein Granola a shot. Still only have a little bit but it keeps me off reaching for sugary snacks until I'm ready to have lunch. Personally delighted I gave this a try, its the Best Breakfast EVER

Alright really

I got the chocolate caramel flavour and it tastes quite good. Tastes alright but not the best when it comes to flavour. It’s quite filling too.

Versatile breakfast!

When I ordered the chocolate caramel flavour I was worried it may be sickly, however I’m not eating this everyday and it’s so refreshing and filling! I top it up with a variety or fruit and milk and is a lovely breakfast or go to snack. Also tastes amazing with some Greek yoghurt!

Protein Granola

These are perfect for my diet.....as I try to workout 5-6 times a week. These are high in protein and taste good to I use alpro melk with them. The only down side is at the minute I can only order 1 per order where usually I buy 4 to last me the month.

Great stuff!

Tastes great it’s a great, perfect for breakfast or a snack after workouts. Or if trying to slim it’s a great alternative to snacking on the normal carbs or sugar things, this is both a form of carb & sugar that’ll give you your sugar & chocolate fix. But at the same time a good sauce of protein!
Goes Well With:
Any of the protein shakes from Myprotein.  Can use a protein shake to replace the milk you perhaps use.

Absolutely brilliant

A great option to add some protein intake. Can be added to yogurts etc And even just with milk. And it has a very good taste! This is a brilliant product imo.

Granola triple the protein of others

Really good product and great for breakfast. Great taste and calories to protein is really good. Highly recommend. Shame you can only buy 1 at a time now!
