Cooking appliances vary. Cooking times based on a 850W microwave. These instructions are given as a guide only. Gently shake for 10 seconds. Tear a 2cm opening each side to vent. Heat for 1 1/2 minutes. Tear off top of pack & stir. Heat for one more minute then serve. HOB: Empty contents into a saucepan. Warm over a low heat. Stir occasionally.
Store in a cool dry place. No need for refrigeration. Do not freeze. If pack is damaged or leaking do not use. Once opened, use immediately. Keep out of sight and reach of children. Suitable for vegetarians.

Better than the Pro Meals / Protein Ready Meals
My Protein’s “Protein Meals” are better than its “Pro Meals / Protein Ready Meals” (which I’ve already reviewed). “Moroccan chicken” was a pleasant surprise, though I got tired of it rather fast. Taste: 3/5. “Vegetarian chili” isn’t bad either, though a bit thick/dry and too spicy (and I usually *like* spicy). Taste: 3/5.

I'm absolutely heart broken this meal is out of stock. It's the best one out of all the meals here.its tasty and very filling. Ordered it so many times,never got bored of it!! Please please please bring it back!!!Goes Well With:Rice or on its own

Need more variety
As halal options are not prioritised with major food companies, by having a taste vegetarian option is amazing. The only problem I have is that there is not enough variety with the meals. Please can you create some more similar products. Goes Well With:Couscous
