Super tasty and easy to make. I halved the suggested amounts and it was just the right amount to hit the chocolate cravings.

Chocolate Protein mug cake

Mix with water and get your chocolate hit without the insane amount of sugar or carbs and with generous dose of protein. This is excellent macros and is a tasty treat. Just be careful to not add too much water or takes longer in microwave and texture might be off slightly... but still tastes good! For extra chocolate hit I have been known to melt and chunk of high protein chocolate on top as a sauce yum yum

Filling dessert or snack

Love this mug cake mix, I use 100ml water and microwave it for 40 seconds, slightly undercooked it’s gooey and not at all dry. Great macros.
Goes Well With:
Dessert, snack, don’t need to add anything to it it’s perfect on its own.

Sometimes protein products can taste a bit powdery, but once you get this properly mixed, it’s so easy and quick and genuinely tasty, and a great way ya to hit your protein goals, I have after dinner as dessert

It mixes well and tastes also okay. You need to make sure that you have the right timing for your microwave - first times surely are for practising. The cake itself is quite spongy and not like cakes in general - you can make a difference that this is made for a special purpose - to contain more protein. However, didn't spot any positive effects for me - probably not ordering again. Nothing special or extraordinary.

Best pre- workout 4 me

I always mix 25g of caramel flavor with 25g of chocolate with powdered peanut butter  And it taste soo good it fuel me to do my workout.  Works really great as a pre workout  One advice : put the microwave on medium power and leave it for 55 seconds to 1 min it become really soft and delicious  
Goes Well With:
Mix it with my protein powdered peanut butter )( like 6g)  With  A cup of coffee and your good to go

Fantastic, nutritionally deceiving snack!

I absolutely adore this chocolate mug cake, as long as you follow the instructions and mix thoroughly with a plain old fork, you get a spongy, even-textured, tasty chocolatey cake that isn't at all dry and can easily get away without extra toppings if you're counting calories. Mix it with milk (semi-skimmed for my choice) and you get a huge 28g protein with just 16 grams of carbs and 216 calories, I find it perfect if I need to bump up my protein intake after dinner and/or if I fancy a sweet dessert. I couldn't recommend this enough, I'm gonna try the salted caramel too. Filling, tasty and deceptively indulgent, try this and you wont regret it! Just make sure you follow the instructions ;)

Love this mug cake

I prefer the chocolate rather than the caramel but absolutely love this mug cake, two scoops mixed with water in the microwave and then topped with Greek yogurt!
